Our history over the years
2017
The company was founded in 2017 by young and motivated entrepreneurs interested in the latest technologies worldwide.
The team aims to modernize and transform more buildings and homes in order to create greater convenience, saving money, time and resources.
At first, the company existed as a trading company for the purpose of national and international trade of the latest model of innovative products.
In 2018, the company already has more than 30 international partnerships and successfully completed trainings with some of the leading technology companies and dozens of completed projects.

In 2019, our team expanded with experts with more than 30 years of experience in the field of electrical construction and smart installations. We started to build and offer complete technological solutions for building Smart Home and building automation.
We opened our first showroom in the iconic “building of the year 2017" at 106 Bulgaria Blvd., equipped with the latest Smart Home systems.
In 2020, we dramatically increased our partners and started to offer complete lighting solutions. We won the award for the most innovative company in construction in the luxury segment. We also crossed the mark of 100 completed projects.

In 2021, we expanded our installation team twice and trained new software programmers, with which we added to our services the following activities: building and home electrical installation (high current and low current), design and supply of lighting, smart security systems and access control, video surveillance, etc.
We won the award for the fastest growing Smart Home company and became official and exclusive distributors of VITREA for Bulgaria - a world leader in the field of residential and commercial automation.
We built the first hotel automation systems with GRMS (Guest Room Management System) systems in Bulgaria and Poland in hotels such as Kempinski Bansko, J.W Marriot Warsaw, Juno, Vega and others.
We have become official distributors of the world leader in automation Crestron, as well as exclusive representatives of Adria Electronics' hotel systems.
We have built one of the most modern and technological showrooms in all of Europe with Vitrea & Crestron systems in order to offer the best to our customers.

We have concluded exclusive representations of the first in Bulgaria Real Time Locating System (RTLS) systems for hospitals, factories, logistics centers, malls BLUEIOT - leaders in the field and pioneers in the field of Bluetooth 5.4 technology and industry 4.0.
We have become partners with the most innovative and design new generation access control systems Openpath and representatives of Norwegian innovators Neowit - software and hardware solutions for management, monitoring and automation of conference rooms, office buildings and complexes.
