The construction of an autonomous energy-efficient house

For the construction of an autonomous energy-efficient house or also called “Smart Passive House”, several basic requirements must be met that allow the passive house to produce more electricity than it spends.

The main goals of the automatic system and the plus energy of the residential building are autonomy of the building, independent of external suppliers, a smart system that pays off over time and low consumption of electricity, water and gas.

The requirements are as follows:
